Require an Invoice?
Many companies and individuals still want or require an invoice.
APS provides the following invoicing services.
- Paper Invoices - APS will create a custom invoice (some limitations
apply) and print invoices from an ASCII file. APS will fold, stuff, insert, seal,
apply postage and deliver to the post office. Turnaround time from receipt of file
to delivery to the post office is 2 business days. Fees are as low as
$.69 per
invoice, including postage.
- Electronic Invoices - Send APS an ASCII file with your customer
information, including their Email address, and we will send an electronic invoice to your
customers. Or, we will keep the data and automatically create and send the invoices
each billing period. Fees are $.35 per invoice.
