AutoPay Software

AutoPay is a full featured system for processing one time drafts (Checks-By-Phone), recurring drafts,  ACH transactions, credit card transactions and electronic statements. Too send credit card transactions to a processor you must also purchase the credit card software or transmit to an internet payment gateway.  There is no software limit on the number of customers that can be processed.

Customer name, address, bank and payment information are entered in a user-friendly format.  To assure accuracy of the data, there is a national bank database for verifying the bank number and retrieving the bank name; the bank account number must be entered twice and there is a batch feature which permits balancing entered batch totals to totals on the data entry forms.  There is also a warn amount that, when the payment amount exceeds the warn amount a message is displayed.  Payment frequencies of Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, Semi-Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually and Annually can be set.  One time, open ended and fixed term payment plans are available.

Processing is done by payment type: Drafts, ACH, Credit Card or E-Statement.  Each must be processed separately.  A payment register is printed for each type.  Drafts are printed, ACH transactions are created in the standard NACHA format or a user-defined text format, Credit Card transactions are formatted for import to the credit card processing module and e-statement transactions generate and transmit email messages to the recipients.

Many other features and reports are available including

  • Multi-level security.

  • Transaction files can be accessed for reprinting of drafts, re-transmission of ACH debits and E-Statements and re-import of Credit Card transactions.

  • A Purge feature allows you to automatically purge inactive accounts or those flagged for delete.

  • Transaction archiving.

  • A "paid" file is created for electronically posting payments to your A/R system.

  • Blank checks can be printed with the company bank number, account number and check number. 

All have been used for processing multiple clients over an extended period of time.

No other software provides the features and functions of AutoPay.

The software is distributed on CD-ROM and includes a complete documentation manual.
